If an advertisement has been booked after the relevant cancellation deadline the booking automatically becomes non-cancellable. Advertisements may be amended by telephoning Customer Services on 020 7937 4646. When cancelling or amending an advertisement advertisers will be given a Stop or Alteration Reference. No responsibility can be accepted for any subsequent query unless this number is quoted. Advertisements appearing in Metro are subject to shrinkage of up to 6%. Rate card prices reflect this.
